Pregnant Pause
This event didn’t quite happen like this… I said something waaay more misogynistic than that. Nah just kidding. I said something boring like, “Really?”.
I’ve been really busy lately (spent the easter long weekend in Victoria attending a wedding), so haven’t been able to spend as much time as I wanted on the comic. That meant having to throw in a “filler” comic. Fillers are ideas I’ve come up with already and are pretty much good to go script wise and are generally one-off affairs and doesn’t really link into existing storylines. I don’t like having to do them, but I also don’t like having to do guest strips, or skip a week entirely.
If you ignore the guest strips, I’ve had an unbroken run of weekly strips from July 23rd last year, which amounts to 36 strips. It’s started to get to the stage where I can’t remember when I did a particular joke or a particular event happened, and I have to go hunting through a pile of jpeg’s to find it. I shudder to think how I’ll go if I ever hit 100 or 200 or more… Time will tell.
